Netfame and Zubb are our two year old subsidiaries that make the development and promotion of entertainment sites for adults. The project involves the creation, development, commercial exploitation and maintenance of commercial sites in partnership with studios producing adult films.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Director to take charge of these two subsidiaries and will be participating in the day-to-day activities. The Project Director will also ensure the development of new products and services as well as liaising with the various studios and external partners in the design, improvement and maintenance.
Furthermore, the Project Director will manage a web production team and a Project Manager with a mandate of overseeing the production.
The candidate must:
* Have 5 years of management experience in the field of electronic commerce;
* Knowledge about the functions of various aspects of commercial Web sites and its stages of production;
* Be result-oriented;
* Have good interpersonal skills;
* Demonstrate autonomy;
* Know how to manage his time and priorities;
* Have good business sense;
* Bilingual (spoken and written);
* Be at ease with the “adult” industries;
* Be available to travel (USA mainly);
Other Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree relevant to technology;
* Experience in leading a Web production team;
* Having already led a sales team;
* Knowledge in adult entertainment field;
