Zubb Media was born of an association between the world’s largest amateur adult modeling agency, FCF Agency, and Gamma Entertainment, a world leader multimedia specializing in e-commerce. Zubb Media operates a fast growing network of gay adult websites and an award winning gay affiliate program, Buddy Profits

Zubb is looking for a go-getter.  Someone who will be responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close to ongoing optimization for Zubb Media’s gay affiliate program Buddy Profits.The perfect candidate will implement Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the number of active affiliates and maximizing the traffic and revenue generated by each.  The candidate will work within the sales team, will report directly to the director of product development and closely with other teams for the achievement of affiliate satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Sales duties:

• Recruit and identification of new traffic sources and affiliates.
• Conduct cold/warm affiliate calls and attend/participate in trade shows
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Perform online media buying
• Perform business development
 
 
Qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years experience in direct marketing or ecommerce.
• Experience with online advertising (Google Adwords), SEM, SEO and social media marketing.
• HTML experience is a plus. Hands-on online savvy and demonstrated success with online marketing, social media sites.
• communicating in Web environment
• Strong written communication skills and enthusiasm for the Internet and latest online marketing trends are a must.
• Product knowledge of Buddy Profits and the family of gay adult websites operated by Zubb Media is an asset!
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Excellent English writing skills are a must.
• Available to travel for tradeshows internationally.
