We are currently seeking a team lead developer to join our web production team. What do we consider to be a team lead? It is a senior level programmer who will be making the technical decisions on projects and who will obviously program as well.  It is the one who will be in charge of training new employees on our technological platform.  The one who will provide the projects' feasibility to the project manager and who will delegate the work to his team. The position consists of developing new projects and also to ensure that existing projects are maintained. All of this will be accomplished with the help of a team of 4 to 6 experienced programmers. In order to do a good job, he or she will have to have an excellent knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, OOP/Zend Framework. It is obvious that this person must have a gift for interpersonal communications since managing a team without such a quality is impossible.
