Description:
The Project Manager & ScrumMaster, will be responsible for a portfolio of projects that will work with one or more manager (s) of products and will report to Director of Development. The projects will produce various web sites which are managing the complete web identity for our partners. This will range from e-commerce, web-based marketing, administration, hosting and development according to partner's specifications / objectives. Plus other related tasks.
Requirements
- Deliver solutions compliant with customer requirements
- Deliver at committed time, with quality and cost control to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure R&D processes (project life cycle process and Agile)
- Animate & manage project team
- Complete and validate the specifications with the management
- Ensure the project team and stakeholders commitments
- Define the project management plan, including project resources leveraging a team model across the organization
- Monitor and control project activities and progress
- Provide regular visibility internally and externally on project progress, risks, contingency plan and issues with proper alerts and escalations
- Organize the knowledge transfer to relevant teams (deployment, maintenance)
- Identify lessons learned in performing a post-mortem & sprint retrospectives
- As Scrum Master: ensure Scrum process follow-up and moderates team
Skills
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences , engineering or equivalent 10+ years in IT
- 5+ years in project management in the software development area including years in web development (in LAMP or other enterprise development environments) or other complex systems
- Leadership, initiative and decision making, risk taking and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Scrum development methodology.
- Knowledge of project management best practices (PMBOK).
- Good knowledge of web / application development in an environment with multiple levels / teams and platforms.
- Ideally bilingual (French/English)

- Certification as SCRUM Master
- Certification in PMI
- Managed or worked as member of Project Management Office (PMO).
