Description:
The candidate will be responsible for answering general customer service questions via emails, telephone and online chat. Inquiries can be about products/services, website access issues, billing issues, etc. You must update client's account accordingly. You will also be responsible for system check ups in order to eliminate any fraudulent transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Skills in communication
- Professional and positive attitude
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of movie players as well as mgp/wmv movie formats
- Excellent English skills written-spoken. Germain and / or Spanish and / or Italian huge asset
- Able to work autonomously
- Typing speed: minimum 50 words/min
- To be comfortable with the "adult" nature of the activities
Full time availability required Working on rotational shift day and evening, as well as one weekend every two weeks and one week of night shift every 6 to 7 weeks.
